Our 1 bedroom flat is very close to the beach about 3 minutes walks, located in a quiet street of the old town close to everything.
The space
This apartment consists of:
- Secure building entrance with digicode in pedestrian street
- A bright living room, renovated with a convertible sofa bed for 2 people (140 cm)
- 1 private room with double bed (140 cm) for two people view quiet overlooking on a cute pedestrian street
- fully equiped : TV, convertible air conditioning, WIFI, storages, ironing board and iron
- 1 bathroom : shower, toilet, sink, storage, hair dryer, washing machine
- 1 open kitchen fully equipped (dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave, toaster, fridge, kettle)
- 1 dining table for 4 people in living room
Guest access
Guests have access to the integrality of the place and get a set of key during the check-in.
Guest interaction
I work in Antibes, a few meters away from the place so I can always swing by to solve a problem. Otherwise, I am available by texts, whatssap or call throughout your stay.
My shop is BnB Renting (14 rue du 24 Août, 06600 Antibes) where I offer complementary conciergerie services such as touristic activities, shuttles, mid-stay cleaning services, and any other requests you could ask. Do not hesitate to contact me for more information.
Neighorhood
The apartment is ideally located in the Vieil Antibes. You will be in the tourist district of Antibes. This is the place to be. You will find everything that makes the charm of this city. Small flowering streets to discover, many small shops, museums, ice cream parlors, restaurants, the Provencal market, night market craft, painters, large pleasant terraces where you can have a drink, the port, the beach etc ...
