I live in Cannes and am available by phone (SMS, Whatssap, calls) and can move me in case of problem for the smooth running of your stay. I will be in front of the building for the delivery of the keys to explain everything and answer your questions.
The check-in is between 16 hours and 20 hours. If the check-in is later than 20 hours, please contact me to arrange an independent check-in.

Hosts: Faycal was great. very quick response.
Apartment: very spacious, great patios. Best equipped kitchen that I came across: good selection of spices, teas and coffees. Please note that oven runs very hot, at least 70-80 degrees hotter than indicated, works very well. Showers are very good. If you need extra pillows - bring extra pillow cases. Also bring your own beach towels. Air-conditioning is great, we were there in 30-36 degrees - no issues.
Location: amazing - very close to the beach and beach cafes, beach is sandy and not very deep, ideal for children. There is small shop across the street to get water and ice, bakery 3 min walk away 2 small super markets 7-10 min walk away, large one will be in town (walk 35min or 10 min by car). There is bus No 8 into town, stop is just outside on the nearest corner. It take 25-30 min to walk in to Cannes. 4 restaurants across the park just opposite, Dolce Vita is very nice.
100% will stay again.

Situation idéale entre les deux plages , il n'y a qu'a choisir fonction du vent dominant , pas très loin du centre et de la croisette.
Le plus de ce logement ce sont ses deux grandes terrasses , idéales pour des moments de convivialité.
La remise des clés a été effectuée pile a l'heure convenue aussi bien a l'arrivée qu'au départ.

Il est bien disposé avec un coin nuit et coin salon, la cuisine est très bien équipée, avec en plus frigo et lave-linge neuf. Le jardin au sud a été un vrai plus surtout avec des enfants en bas-âge.
Enfin, Terrence a été très réactif à l'arrivée et au départ. Nous recommandons vraiment ce logement!

Petit problème d’odeur d’égout qui remonte dans la chambre et la décoration générale qui mérite un coup de jeune.

несоответствие информации на сайте реальному положению вещей, а именно отсутствие парковки (хотя при бронировании было указано что предоставляется частная парковка на территории размещения)
Апартамент довольно старый / изношенный (хотя раньше видимо был хорош), возникли проблемы технического плата (с отоплением, горячей водой, входным замком) .... данные проблемы в процессе нашего проживания были исправлены собственником, но некоторое время мы мёрзли ....
по парковке нам просто было предложено парковаться где нибудь на улице ...((
