Nice airport, you can take the bus and stop at the stop near the apartment BUS N ° 200, stop "PLACE DE GAULLE - ANTIBES"

Rent og fint. Romslig stue (vi var kun 2, brukte ikke sovesofaen som seng). Velutstyrt kjøkken. Aircondition både på soverom og i stue. Alt så nytt og fint ut. Spa-dusj på badet med godt vanntrykk. Leiligheten lå i 3 etg i en liten, smal bakgate midt i sentrum av gamlebyen, men uten forstyrrelse av støy fra de mange restaurantene i nærheten. Caféer, apotek, dagligvare, iskrem og bakeri like utenfor døren. Kort vei å gå til strand (5 min til bystranda, med sand-og stein bunn. Ca 15 min å gå til større sandstrand). 5 min til buss og turistinfo til Juan Le Pins. 10min gange til Antibes togstasjon.
Negative:
3.etg. opp smal trapp, litt kronglete med med tung koffert.
Toalettet separat fra badet var fint, men det var veldig lite. (Som flere før oss har nevnt). Sitter du ned er knærne omtrent borti do-døren.
Sofa knirket med hver bevegelse, kan bare forestille meg hvor forstyrrende det må være å sove i den.
Kjøkkenknivene kunne med fordel vært slipt. Savnet en brødkniv.
(De siste 3 dagene ble vi forstyrret på morgenen av naboene i etasjen over som drev med rivingsarbeid, men dette er ikke noe utleier kunne noe for.)

Negative:
Als wir herein kamen, waren die Tischchen noch nicht sauber, hatten Stückchen drauf. Die Nachbarn waren gut zu hören, da die Wände ziemlich ringhörig waren. Wenn sie ihre Tür öffneten dachten wir sie wollten in unsere Wohnung. Dazu hat es auch 2 mal bei uns geklingelt, einmal ein Deliverymensch & einmal unsere Nachbarn um 23:45!!! Es wäre von Vorteil wenn die Klingeln angeschrieben wären.

3.0Great little apartment with an unfortunate, deal-breaking problem

The location is amazing and the apartment is nice! It's newly remodeled. Even though it's small, the space is open and comfortable. It has all of the amenities we needed and was clean. We were happy that it had air conditioning as well as a big shower and a washing machine.
The staff communicated well via WhatsApp but not very well by email. There were some needed items included but not all.
Negative:
Everything in this apartment was nearly perfect except for the tiny water closet housing the toilet. It is so tiny that that it was nearly impossible to use. I am 5 ft 10 in and my son is 6 ft 1 in and the only way to be comfortable was to leave the door open which of course is not appropriate. It was usable with the door closed, but just barely. For this reason I'm not sure if I would feel comfortable staying there again. It would work for children or shorter adults.
It is also on the 4th floor with a narrow spiral staircase which was difficult especially with luggage. There is no elevator.
The staff never met with us in person, only by text and email.

De locatie was echt top, midden in het centrum van Antibes. Alles was nieuw en netjes. Compact appartment
Negative:
Het is vrij klein en er hadden wat praktische zaken aanwezig kunnen zijn en dat zit niet in geld. Maar omdat het klein is hadden wat haakjes op diverse plekken aan de muur wel kunnen helpen.

Sehr gute Lage, direkt im Zentrum. Bis auf die Größe des Schlafzimmers und der Toilette gibt es im Appartement nichts auszusetzen.
Negative:
Die Toilette ist sehr klein, bei Überschreiten einer gewissen Größe kann die Tür nicht geschlossen werden. Das Schlafzimmer ist auch etwas kleiner gehalten.
