The space

This modern and freshly remodelled 2 bedroom apartment is located in the center of Antibes next to all amenities and has great features ! This apartment is ideal for your family trips in the South of France.

It is composed of the following :
- Living room with a convertible couch, a dining room table, TV and an access to the terrasse.
- Terrasse (10m2) where you can enjoy a nice lunch
- Bedroom 1has 2 bunkbeds : 1 double bed (140x200CM) and a simple bed over it (90x200cm). This bedroom has a nice sea view over the famous Port Vauban of Antibes and a large wardrobe.
- Bedroom 2 has a double bed (140x200cm), a wardrobe and an access to the terrasse (same side as the living room)
- Independent and fully equipped kitchen : washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, gaz stoves, fridge, coffee filter machine, kettle, microwave, oven.
- Independent toilets
- Bathroom : bathtub, sink, drawers, hair dryer

This apartment has its own private parking spot available in the residence (outside parking spot) and has Wifi connection (Fibre).

Guest access

Guests have access to the entire apartment.

Guest interaction

I am available by phone and WhatsApp and come over me if needed throughout your stay. I will wait for you in front of the entrance of the residence to welcome you and give you one set of keys upon your arrival. Note that arrivals are no later than 8 PM. After 8PM, additional fee will be applied or a self check in option can be made.

Neighbourhood

The apartment is located on the chemin du Puy in Antibes, near the Place de General de Gaulle the famous Picasso Museum in the old town of Antibes.

In the surrounding area you will find many shops, restaurants and services. For instance, you will be able to go to the baker and butcher around the corner. Shops, beaches and train station in walking distance of a few minutes !

This location is ideal because close to the old Antibes between the ramparts of this historic district where it is very pleasant to get lost.

Getting around

The bus stop 200 (for / from Nice Airport) is located 10 minutes walk from the apartment.
The train station is located 10 minutes walk from the apartment (700 meters away).

Other things to note

In order to take full advantage of these small pedestrian streets, I recommend you park at our parking spot located inside of the building and then walk around to discover this wonderful historical city of Antibes.

We offer luxury amenities, bed linens and shower towels are included in the rental price. Bathroom kits are also included per person (shampoo, shower gel, soap).
Cleaning is also included in the rental price. The dishes must however be cleaned and the bins thrown away.
