Spacious studio of 51 m2 in the center of Cannes that can host up to 4 people. It is fully equipped and freshly remodelled. This place is ideally located in the center, in a quiet street, with all amenities near by. This accomodation is perfect for professional and personal stay. It has a convertible AC unit and WIFI. The balcony is looking over a garden.
The space
This apartment of 51 m2 is a great place to be thanks to its numerous features such as AC, Wifi, location, fully equipped kitchen, outside area, quiet street.
It is composed of the following :
- Entrance in the kitchen
- Fully equipped kitchen : oven, kettle, stoves, coffee machine, dishwasher, pots and pans, kitchen ustensiles.
- The kitchen is opened to the leaving room and has a bar area in the middle where you can either have a meal (up to 4 people) or use this as a workspace.
- The leaving room as a convertible couch (160x200cm) where 2 people can sleep on. It is TV, a coffee table and the access to the balcony
- The balcony has a table with 4 chairs and a hanging rack
- The bedroom area (opened to the leaving) has 2 single beds that are prepared as a double bed unless you specifically asked us to prepare them as 2 separe single beds.
- The bathroom has a walk-in shower, basin, hairdryer, separated toilets.
The apartment is located in a secured residency. This residency has a parking lot access. However, this parking lot has a few parking spots (less than the number of appartments). Upon check in, you will get a set of keys and a parking remove in case you see a free parking spot there. However, we cannot assure that you will get a spot there.
Parking is possible in the street, upon availability.

Guests have access to the entire apartment.

One shower towel will be there upon arrival (one medium per person).
