This one bedroom apartment is very well equipped, located in front of the beach, it is ideal for family oriented stays. This apartment can host up to 4 people and has access to the swimming pool of the residence. It has a parking spot inside of the building.
The space
This apartment is very sunny and well placed facing the sea, directly in front of the La Salis beach, in a secure residence.
It is composed as follows:
Spacious entrance with storage
Living room with TV area, coffee table, access to the terrace facing the sea. In this same living room is a dining area with a table for 6 people which can be used as a work space during your business trips.
The living room also has a sleeping area with a retractable bed (140x200 cm) for 2 people.
Independent toilets are accessible from the entrance with a first airlock in which there is a washbasin (renovated in 2024).
In the hallway you will have access to all the cupboards with hangers, wardrobes and shelves.
The kitchen is independent and fully equipped: microwave, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine (Nespresso capsule) + filter coffee machine, kettle, blender, dishes, kitchen utensils, pots and pans, hotplates, fridge with a freezer compartment.
The kitchen has a bay window which gives access to a long balcony overlooking the swimming pool of the residence. On this balcony is a storage space, a table for 2 people and a drying rack for your laundry.
The sleeping area has a door that gives access to:
A storage area with household utensils including a vacuum cleaner
The bathroom with double sink, shower, large mirror and hair dryer
The bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed, a wardrobe for your belongings and a fan. The bedroom overlooks the balcony facing the swimming pool (balcony communicating with the kitchen).
The apartment is very well maintained and has a WIFI connection.
A parking space is included in the rental, in the basement of the residence, for a city car (assigned space).
Guest access
Travelers have access to the entire accommodation except for a small closet in the living room where personal belongings are stored.

The apartment is managed by a professional company BnB Renting based in Antibes which will be in charge of welcoming you and helping you throughout your stay.
Arrivals are made between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. Please give us a precise arrival time no later than the day before your arrival so that someone can come on site to give you the keys and show you the accommodation.

Departures are at 10 a.m. Please contact our team if you wish to leave before or after.
The neighborhood
This apartment is located in the famous district of Antibes called "la Salis". Known for its fine sandy beaches and its superb seaside atmosphere, Salis beach is the last beach in Antibes before entering Cap d'Antibes, just after Ponteil beach. It is one of the most famous beaches in Antibes and it attracts many holidaymakers in summer.
This beach is in direct contact with the road. Families with children will therefore prefer Ponteil beach (200 meters away) which is better protected.
Beautiful view of Cap d'Antibes, the old town and the small fishing port of La Salis.
Getting around
To get to this beach from the city center of Antibes, take Avenue Albert 1er, then at sea level turn right towards Cap d'Antibes. The beach is located just before Cap d'Antibes (be careful to always keep to the left when going along the seaside).
Everything is within walking distance. Placed in a residential area, all you have to do is stroll through the beach side and enjoy the proximity of the shops.
Public parking near the Ponteil Beach is close to park your vehicle (in additional to your parking spot).
Antibes SNCF station 1.9 km away and 2.2 km from Juan les Pins SNCF station
By car: A8 motorway, Antibes exit
Possibility of subscription Secure parking Ponteil 450 meters from the apartment: around 60 euros/week
Nice Airport (a bus will take you near the apartment)
Other things to note
Household linen is included in the reservation. A linen kit will be provided per bed depending on the number of travelers on your arrival.
A shower towel (medium size) will also be provided per person upon arrival.
A tea towel, a bath mat and a roll of toilet paper will be provided upon your arrival.
The swimming pool is open from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. every day EXCEPT Sundays and public holidays.
Cleaning is also included in the rental price. However, the dishes must be cleaned and the trash cans thrown away.
The elevator will be out of order from April 2nd 2024 to April 25th 2024 due to some repairs managed by the building managment company.
