Cute accomodation perfectly located in the heart of Antibes, in the old city part, where it is pedestrian. Small shops, boutiques, restaurants and convenient stores will be right next door ! This place has been fully renovated in 2021 and is designed for small groups and families coming over to Antibes to discover its culture and its perfect weather ! This place is fully equipped (Wifi and AC)

The space

This accomodation is a tiny townhouse located in rue de Fersen in the heart of Antibes old city. It is fully renovated and fully equipped. In other words, it is the perfect place to stay at for your trips in Antibes!

It is composed as the following :

  • Fully equipped opened kitchen with a bar area where you can enjoy lunch and dinner (also a place to be used as a work space)
  • Cosy living room with a comfy couch, large TV, WIFI
  • Independent toilets near the entrance

On the first floor, you have the first bedroom with a double bed and its storage area and has a window looking over the quiet street "rue de Fersen".

Then, on the second floor, you have the second bedroom with a double bed as well and its walk-in shower room. It has storage and a window on the same street as the first floor.

This place has WIFI and convertible AC.

The beautiful and typical district of the old antibes (historical district) - full of charm, with its narrow streets, marina Port Vauban, beaches, shops, restaurants and cafés.

Many local markets all week long including the famous Provencal market. A holiday atmosphere assured! You will be charmed by this very popular area for holidays!

This area is famous for its city walls. Walk around and discover the view points, the relais chateau restaurant 'Le Figuier', the historic church or the main place de la République.

Be curious and walk around, this district is full of surprises!

Other things to note

There is a public parking lot next to the marina called Port Vauban where you can park your car in a secured place. Otherwise, you can try and find a parking spot in the street!
The district where is located the accomodation is a pedestrian area only! Enjoy walking around and forget about commutes: everything is nearby!

This place is not wheelchair adapted due to stairs and steps.

It is a loft designed tiny house : it has no doors from one level to another. Bathroom is ensuit to the bedroom at level 2.

TV has no channels: it is a smart TV only (Netflix, HDMI for computer, etc.)
