The space

This accommodation is located in a luxury residence on the 3rd floor with lift.
It is composed as follows:

• A bathroom with bathtub and washing machine
• A separate WC
• A dressing room with storage and hangers
• A beautiful living room with dining table for 4 people, a convertible double sofa bed (bed 140cm), a retractable double bed (140cm). The living room opens onto a large furnished balcony with a glimpse of the sea, dining table for 4 people and two deck chairs.
• A small fully equipped closed kitchen.

The residence has a collective car park at the foot of the building. The location is free. In the event that the car park is full, the quiet street offers many places and allows easy parking.
TV, wifi, air conditioning included.

Guest access

Travelers have access to the entire accommodation.

Guest interaction

Arrivals are between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. A person will come on site to welcome you and show you the accommodation.
Please contact us no later than 2 days before your arrival to agree on the time of arrival so that our team can organize themselves.

Departures are at 10 am.

During your stay, we will be available to assist you if necessary by SMS, Whatssap, phone calls, emails or on site to ensure the smooth running of your stay.

The accommodation is located in the Lower California of Cannes just 1.4 km from the Cannes SNCF train station, or 20 minutes on foot.

Household linen is included in the reservation. A kit of sheets per bed on arrival. One bath towel per person upon arrival.
