The space

35 m2 studio that can host up to 4 guests. Located at 200 meters away from Place de Gaulle, 800 meters away from the train station SNCF, 500 meters away from the city walls.
Fully refurnished and fully equiped with cute art deco style.

This studio is composed of:

- A bright living room, fully refurnished with a comfy convertible sofa bed for 2 people
- A mezzanine double bed over the couch for 2 people

- A balcony with outside furniture, looking over a private courtyard very quiet, a washing machine in a private room)

The furniture is new and the apartment very clean in an art deco style. It is located on the 1st floor of the building without lift.

I live in Cannes and work in Antibes, so I'm always in the corner in case of problems. I also remain available by phone or SMS to ensure the smooth running of your stay.

The neighborhood

Top location in a pedestrian street to insure a perfect stay (parking nearby).

The beautiful and typical district of the old antibes (historical district) - full of charm, with its narrow streets, city walls, marina Port Vauban, beaches, shops, restaurants and cafés.

Many local markets all week long including the famous Provencal market. A holiday atmosphere assured! You will be charmed by this very popular area for holidays!

Other things to note

You can visit the entire region without a car. The train station is 10 mns walking distance. Many buses and coaches, very close to the apartment, can also bring you to different cities.
