The furniture is new and the apartment very clean. It is located on the 1st floor of the building without lift.

Other things to note

You can visit the whole region even without a car. The train station is 7 mns walk. Many trains will take you in a few minutes to Juan les Pins, Cannes, Cagnes sur Mer, Nice, Monaco, Vingtimille and San Remo (Italy) with their famous markets. Many buses and coaches, close to the apartment, can also bring you to different cities.
