The neighborhood

This apartment is located on a world famous street: the Croisette. Located in a residential area, let yourself be charmed by the calm of its location while being in the city center. Port Canto is surrounded by small shops such as a cheese dairy, a pastry shop or a bakery, for example, located near the accommodation. You will also find a supermarket for large provisions. Only 9 minutes on foot, you can enjoy the Place de l'Etang known for its pétanque courts and its restaurants. A few meters from this square, you will arrive at the corner of Cannes: Le Mouré-Rouge and Palm Beach. These beaches welcome sports enthusiasts for kitesurfing, kayaking or snorkeling, but also people who come to chill in the cafes by the water.
If you are rather in a festive mood, you will find a few minutes from the accommodation the dancing restaurant the Baôli or the one with your feet in the water of the Ecrin.

Getting around

The apartment does not have private parking. You will find places in the street according to availability. These are usually chargeable.

Cannes train station is located 1.9km from the apartment, about 23 minutes on foot.
The Palais Des Festivals is located 1.8km away, or about 22 minutes on foot.
Nice airport is 22.4km away, approximately 35 minutes by car, 40 minutes by bus (arrival at Cannes station), 25 minutes by train (arrival at Cannes station)

Other things to note

Before your departure, it is imperative to have thrown away your garbage cans and done your dishes.
Parties and animals are prohibited. The apartment is non-smoking.
It will be necessary for the good of the neighbors to respect the silent hours from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.

The linen will be provided and will include:
