The space

This 70m² furnished apartment is ideal for your Family vacation in the South of France.
You can also enjoy the quiet streets of Cannes Palm Beach for your sunny days.

This location is made up as follows:

• A fully equipped kitchen for optimal comfort (Microwave oven, coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator)
• A master bedroom suite with double bed 160, dressing room, storage with open view, not overlooked.
• A bedroom with a folding 140 double bed and storage.
• A separate bathroom (bathtub).
• A separate WC.

The wifi is included in the reservation and accessible throughout the apartment. The AC machine is portative, not included in every room.

The apartment is also protected by a bulletproof door.

Guest access

Travelers have access to the entire apartment (except the cellar space where personal belongings are spread out).
Each bedroom has plenty of storage space and is available to travellers.

The Residence "Le Cap" is located in a secure suburban area. This location is ideal for a family stay!

Although the property is in a quiet area, it is in the immediate vicinity of the town center of the Cannes with the Palm BUS, since it is only 600m by feet from the town center, accessible by the Boulevard de la Croisette

The location is about twenty minutes from a good number of cities such as Cannes-La-Bocca, Antibes, etc.

Other things to note

A person will then come on site at the agreed time.
However, if you wish to arrive outside these hours, please contact our team as soon as possible to see if an early or late arrival is possible.

Sheets are included in your reservation. A kit of sheets per bed, a shower towel per person, a tea towel, a bath mat and a roll of toilet paper will be on your arrival in the accommodation.
