- Bathroom with a walk-in shower, sink, toilets, hair dyer
- Living room with a convertible couch (140x200cm), wifi, AC + table for 4 people
- Bedroom with a double bed (140x200cm), storage area, a desk, AC

This apartment is fully equipped and perfect for your personal and professional stays in Antibes.

Located in the pedestrian area of the old town in rue James Close, you will be able to enjoy walking around and do everything by walking.

Please contact us at least 2 days before in order to confirm your check in time. Since it is not an hotel with a reception, someone will have to come by to welcome you.

Check outs are at 10 Am.

This area of Antibes is the place to be ! From this apartment, you will be able to walk to the remparts (city walls), Marché Provencal (local farmer's market), convienient store, restaurants, bars, boutiques, beaches, cinemas, etc.

The train station is located 7 mn away from the apartment
Aiport is about 25 mn away by car
The area is pedestrian so you won't be able to park down the building. Please park first if you are coming by car. The closest one is Q Park La Poste and their prices are online. Do not try to get inside of the pedetrian zone without a permit you will get a ticket from the cameras of the city !

Other things to note

This apartment is located at the first level of the building where they is no elevator.
One set of linens is given upon check in per bed according to the number of guests noted on the reservation.
One towel is given per person upon check in. It is possible to request some extra. Please contact the agency to get a quote for this extra service.
Beach towels are not included.
Upon check in, you will have one roll of toilet paper, one kitchen cloth
