This apartment is brand new and very well equipped in the center of Antibes and it is as followed :
- Living room with a convertible couch (120x200cm), WIFI, dining room table
- Fully equippped kitchen opened to the living room
- Bedroom with a double bed, laundry area opened to the room
- Bathroom with a shower, sink, toilets

This apartement has AC and WIFI. It is located in rue Vauban where there is a parking lot in the street. You can park there if needed (prices on their website, please check the availability before your arrival during summer).

It is oriented Est.

Check ins are from 4PM to 7PM. If you wish to check in after or before, please see with our staff if it is possible and if an automatic check in is an option.
As it is not an hotel with a reception, please confirm your precise check in time at least one day before arriving in order for our staff to get organised and have the place ready for your arrival.

Check outs are at 10 AM. Same, please contact us to confirm your check out time.

The apartment is located 7 mn away from the train station and it is about 25mn away from the airport of Nice.

The apartment is located in a building without elevator (Third floor). There are only stairs to get to the apartment.
There is no parking in the building.
Parties are not allowed / Pets either
There is one set of bed linens per bed upon arrival with one towel per person.
Beach towels are not included.

No soap, no laundry detergent, no coffee.
