This spacious one bedroom apartment is located in a secured and family oriented type of building near the beach of la Salis. This building with elevator has an outdoor pool and is next to the beach and 15 mn walking distance to the old town of Antibes and Juan les Pins. This apartment can host up to 4 people thanks to its bedroom with a double bed and a convertible couch in the living room.
The space
The apartment is composed as followed :
- Entrance hallway with storage area
- Living room on the right side with a convertible couch, table for 4 people, AC
- Balcony with a lateral seaview and a table
- Independant toilets
- Italian Bathroom with a large shower, sink
- Bedroom with a double bed (140x200cm) and cupboard
- Independant kitchen and fully equipped (laundry machine, dishwasher, stoves, oven, microwave, coffee machine, ustensiles)
- Balcony on the other side of the apartment accessible from the kitchen and the bedroom with a view on the pool of the building
This apartment has AC and Wifi. It is located on the 3rd floor of the building with elevator (small elevator). You have to go down 3 steps to access the elevator
There is no parking space but you can park in the street (up to availability).

Guests have access to the entire apartment.

Guests will be in contact with the agency throughout their stay in order to insure the quality of their holidays.
They will be in touch for check in and check out as well. Please confirm the ETA at least 2 days before so the agency can get organized.
Check ins are in between 4 and 7 pm and check outs at 10 am.
The neighborhood
This apartment is located in the famous district of Antibes called "la Salis". Known for its fine sandy beaches and its superb seaside atmosphere, Salis beach is the last beach in Antibes before entering Cap d'Antibes, just after Ponteil beach. It is one of the most famous beaches in Antibes and it attracts many holidaymakers in summer.
This beach is in direct contact with the road. Families with children will therefore prefer Ponteil beach (200 meters away) which is better protected.

Getting around
To get to this beach from the city center of Antibes, take Avenue Albert 1er, then at sea level turn right towards Cap d'Antibes. The beach is located just before Cap d'Antibes (be careful to always keep to the left when going along the seaside).
Everything is within walking distance. Placed in a residential area, all you have to do is stroll through the beach side and enjoy the proximity of the shops.
Public parking near the Ponteil Beach is close to park your vehicle (in additional to your parking spot).
Antibes SNCF station 1.9 km away and 2.2 km from Juan les Pins SNCF station
By car: A8 motorway, Antibes exit
Possibility of subscription Secure parking Ponteil 450 meters from the apartment: around 60 euros/week
Nice Airport (a bus will take you near the apartment)
Other things to note
Cleaning fee is included at the end of your stay. However, please leave the dishes clean and the trash evacuated before checking out.
Bed linens are included in the booking. There will have one set of linens per bed upon arrival. There will also have 2 towels (small and large) per person upon arrival.
There is one toilet paper roll, one bathroom rub, one kitchen cloth, one sample of soap per person at check in.
If you want additonal linens and cleaning, please contact the agency in order to get the quote for those addiotional services.
The pool is not heated. The swimming pool is open from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. every day EXCEPT Sundays and public holidays. The pool is open from May to mid-September. Jumping, running, or playing ball is prohibited. It is not supervised.
There is no towels for the beach / pool in the apartment.
Parties are forbidden / Pets forbidden / Smoking is forbidden.
No soap, no laundry detergent, no coffee.
Cleaning is only for the end of your stay. If you want to change linens or have a cleaning during your stay, please contact the agency to get a quote for this extra service.
One set of bed linen is given upon arrival per bed. 2 towels per person.
