This 82 m2 3BDR apartment is located on the first floor of a residence with elevator and is composed as follows:

• Living room with dining table for 6 people, sofa, office area, TV screen 125 cm
• Terrace of 10 m2 accessible from the living room and the kitchen with a dining table for 4 people, an outdoor sofa, sea view and view of the swimming pool and garden
• Bedroom 1: double bed (140x200cm), wardrobe, fan
• Bedroom 2: double bed (140x200cm), cupboard, fan
• Bedroom 3: 2 single beds (90x190 cm), wardrobe, fan
• Bedroom side terrace of 6m2 accessible from bedroom 2 and 3.
• Bathroom 1: bathtub, double sink
• Bathroom 2: shower, sink
• Separate WC in the hallway

An outdoor parking space is attached to the accommodation. It is an assigned parking space in the courtyard of the secure residence.

The apartment has WIFI throughout the accommodation.

There is no air conditioning in the accommodation but a fan in each bedroom. The apartment is also crossing with a SE/NO exposure.

Guest access

Guests have access to the entire apartment.

Guest interaction

Tenants will be in contact with the agency throughout their stay if necessary. Please confirm your arrival time at the latest the day before your arrival so that someone can be available on site to hand over the keys. If you wish to arrive before or after arrival times, please confirm this option with the agency. We will do everything possible to be flexible.

Departures are at 10 a.m. Please contact the agency to confirm the key collection time no later than the day before your departure.

Neighbourhood

The accommodation is located in the Fontonne district of Antibes, a few steps from the famous Thalazur spa in Antibes. The Le Flavia residence in which the apartment is located is located next to a pharmacy, a bakery and a few local shops.
15 minutes by car or bus from the sandy beaches of Gravette or Salis in Antibes.

It is a quiet residential area ideal for a family stay.

Other things to note

Pets are prohibited.

Smoking is not permitted in the apartment.

Evenings are prohibited, please also respect the tranquility of the neighborhood with quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.

Linen is included in the reservation (one set of sheets per bed on arrival with one shower towel per person). 2 rolls of toilet paper on arrival will also be made available to you.

If you would like cleaning during your stay and/or a change of sheets, please contact the agency to obtain a quote for this additional service.

Beach or pool towels are not included in the reservation.

No soap, no laundry detergent, no coffee.
Cleaning is only for the end of your stay. If you want to change linens or have a cleaning during your stay, please contact the agency to get a quote for this extra service.
One set of bed linen is given upon arrival per bed. One towel per person.
Tennis court is free of charge, you will need to book an hour with the Concierge of the building on site. It is up to availability. No equipments furnished.
