The space

This 2 bedroom apartment is located in a secure residence with elevator and is located on the 2nd floor. It is composed as follows:

• Fully equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, hob, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine) opened to the living room
• Living room with dining table for 6 people corner with convertible sofa bed (140x200cm) and AC
• Bedroom 1: double bed (180x200cm), wardrobe
• Bedroom 2: 2 single beds (90x200cm), wardrobe and balcony access
• Balcony of 18 m2 accessible from the living room and bedroom 2 of 18m2 with a magnificent side sea view and an outdoor table
• Shower room with double sink and small laundry room with washing machine
• Independent toilets

The accommodation has an outdoor parking space located in the private courtyard of the building (assigned space).
There are a few steps to climb to access the elevator.

Tenants have access to the entire accommodation.

Guest interaction

Tenants are in contact with the agency in charge of this accommodation. You will need to agree on the arrival time no later than two days before the arrival date so that someone can come on site to welcome you.
If you wish to arrive outside the arrival times, please ask the agency if this is possible.

The neighborhood

The accommodation is ideally located in the center of Antibes a few steps from the Ilette roundabout in a small perpendicular street offering immediate access to the Ponteil beach (450 m), the Salis beaches (550m), old Antibes (800 m), bakery (90 m), Italian restaurant (180 m), supermarket (450m), etc.

Antibes train station is 1.6 km from the apartment, a 24-minute walk.

Other things to note

The accommodation has linens on arrival (one set of sheets per bed) and 2 shower towels per person.
1 roll of toilet paper are also on arrival with a bath mat.

Evenings are prohibited, pets are prohibited.

No soap, no laundry detergent, no coffee.

One set of bed linen is given upon arrival per bed. 2 towels per person.
