Tenants will have access to the entire apartment. Only one room will be closed for the owners' belongings.

The swimming pool is open from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. every day during the summer season. The swimming pool is not heated.
The building has underground parking with 1 parking space for your apartment. Entrance to the car park is for a city car. If you have a large vehicle, send the dimensions of the car to the agency to see if your vehicle will fit into the residence.
Pets are prohibited. The accommodation is strictly non-smoking. Quiet hours are between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.
