The space

This studio, located at the first floor of the building, is composed as followed :
- Living room area, Internet, comfy convertible couch for 2 people
- Opened kitchen with dishwasher, micro-wave, coffee machine, kettle, stoves, ustensiles
- Bathroom with shower, toilets, sink
- Storage area for your clothes during your stay

This apartment has AC and an independent private laundry room with a washing machine, iron table, hanging line. This laundry room is located on the ground floor (in the building) but not inside of the apartment.

Guest access

Travellers have access to the entire accomodation.

Guest interaction

Guests will be able to contact our staff a few days before arrival to confirm their check in time. If they want to arrive later than 8, please see with the staff our to proceed to a self check in there.
Our staff will remain available through out guests' stay to ensure the quality of their trip !

Ideally placed in a pedestrian street for successful holidays (parking nearby, prices on internet)

The beautiful and typical district of the old antibes - A district full of charm, with its narrow streets, its ramparts, its port, its beaches, its shops, its restaurants.

Numerous markets all week including the famous Provencal market. A holiday atmosphere assured! You will be charmed by this very popular area for the holidays!

The accommodation is air conditioned and bright.

The furniture is new and the apartment very clean. It is located on the 1st floor of the building without lift.

By car .... Highway Exit Antibes (possibility subscription Secure parking QPARK 100m from the apartment) about 60 euros / week

Other things to note

We offer sheets and shower towels are included in the rental price.

No soap, no laundry detergent, no coffee upon arrival. One paper roll of toilet paper.
Cleaning fee is only for the end of your stay. If you want to change linens or have a cleaning during your stay, please contact the agency to get a quote for this extra service.
One set of bed linen is given upon arrival per bed. One towel per person.

Other things to note

Pas de savon, de lessive ni de café à l'arrivée. Un rouleau de papier toilette est fourni.
