The space

This one bedroom apartment, located at the second floor of the building without elevator, is composed as followed :
- Living room area, Internet, comfy convertible couch for 2 people
- Opened kitchen with dishwasher, micro-wave, coffee machine, kettle, stoves, ustensiles
- Bathroom with shower, toilets, sink (bathroom is connected to the bedroom)
- Storage area for your clothes during your stay
- Bedroom with a double bed
- Nice terrasse accessible from the living room and the bedroom

This apartment has AC in the bedroom and an independent private laundry room with a washing machine, iron table, hanging line. This laundry room is located on the ground floor (in the building) but not inside of the apartment.

Guests will be able to contact our staff a few days before arrival to confirm their check in time. If they want to arrive later than 8, please see with the staff our to proceed to a self check in there.

The beautiful and typical district of the old antibes - A district full of charm, with its narrow streets, its ramparts, its port, its beaches, its shops, its restaurants.

Numerous markets all week including the famous Provencal market. A holiday atmosphere assured! You will be charmed by this very popular area for the holidays!

The accommodation is air conditioned and bright and has a small balcony overlooking a private courtyard and very quiet not overlooked.

The furniture is new and the apartment very clean. It is located on the 2nd floor of the building without lift.

By car .... Highway Exit Antibes (possibility subscription Secure parking QPARK 100m from the apartment) about 60 euros / week

We offer sheets and shower towels are included in the rental price.

No soap, no laundry detergent, no coffee upon arrival. One paper roll of toilet paper.
Cleaning fee is only for the end of your stay. If you want to change linens or have a cleaning during your stay, please contact the agency to get a quote for this extra service.
One set of bed linen is given upon arrival per bed. One towel per person.
