The space

This apartment is located on the second floor of a private residence with elevator.

It is composed as follows:

• Living room with dining table, internet, double foldaway bed (140x200cm), sofa, air conditioning
• Loggia accessible from the living room offering a clear view of a wooded park not overlooked
• Fully equipped independent kitchen (fridge, washing machine, microwave, oven, coffee machine, kettle, kitchen utensils), balcony access
• Bedroom with double bed (140x200cm), cupboard, air conditioning, balcony access
• Balcony on the street side, accessible from the bedroom and the kitchen
• Shower room (Italian shower, sink)
• Independent toilets

This one bedroom apartment has an assigned parking space in the basement of the residence (space for city cars, large vehicles will not be able to enter).

Guest access

Tenants have access to the entire accommodation. Only one piece of furniture in the loggia will be closed for the owner's private items.

Tenants will be in contact with our agency throughout their stay to ensure the smooth running of their vacation with us.

Please contact us at the latest two days before your arrival in order to agree on the time of arrival on site so that someone can go there and welcome you.

Departures are at 10 a.m., you must confirm this time at the latest the day before your departure so that an agent can be available to be on site.

Neighbourhood

This one bedroom apartment is located in the magnificent Montfleury district of Cannes, offering all the comfort of residential calm while being a few steps from all amenities.

Located in the city center, you will have a super market in the street where you live, as well as 2 streets away a bakery, a wine merchant, a pharmacy, restaurants, bars, tennis courts, children's play parks, not forgetting the beaches of La Croisette and the famous rue d'Antibes.

This location gives you the opportunity to go to the Palais des Festivals on foot, to the Croisette for your professional meetings as well as for your personal meetings on the Cannes beaches.

Getting around

Cannes train station is a 10-minute walk from the accommodation with many buses on site.

Other things to note

The accommodation has linens upon arrival (sheets, towels, bath mats, tea towels).
One set of sheets will be noted per bed. If you have booked for 2 people and do not wish to sleep in the same bed, please inform us the day before at the latest so that the cleaning company can prepare a kit for the bed in your stay.
A shower towel will be available upon arrival. We do not provide beach towels.

One paper roll for the toilets will be given upon arrival. No soap, no coffee.

The cleaning noted on your reservation is that at the end of your stay. Please note, however, that the accommodation must be left in a decent condition with dishes done and bins taken out before handing over the keys.

If you would like changes of sheets and/or additional mid-stay cleaning, please contact the agency to obtain a quote for these à la carte services.

Be careful, the door slams and does not have an exterior handle: if you find yourself blocked outside the accommodation, the locksmith costs will be your responsibility.

Parties are prohibited, please respect the neighbourhood and quiet hours.
