This apartment studio type of 29 m2 is composed as followed :
- Bathroom (bathtub, toilets, bidet, sink)
- Kitchenette (2 stoves, fridge, dishwasher, laundry machine, expresso coffee machine, kettle, microwave, ustensiles)
- Main room with a double bed (140 x 200 cm, Murphy bed type) and a convertible couch (140 x 200 cm). In this room, there is also a table, a desk area
- Balcony of 7 m2 with an outside table

This apartment is located at the ground floor of this family-oriented building.

There is one parking space available in the building undergrounds.

Guest access

Guests have access to the entire apartment.

Guest interaction

Guests will be able to get in touch with someone from our agency throughout their stay in order to ensure the quality of their holidays. Check ins are from 4 pm to 7 pm. It is possible to collect the keys into a safety box located at the agency (5 min away walking distance) and thanks to this, check ins later than 7 pm free of charge. Please contact us to agree on the desire check in time.

Check outs are up to 10 am. Please contact the agency to agree on the appointment to give the keys back.

A new sport complex at 100 meters, open pool, bamboo garden, lunch area, tennis.
you will reach the city center in just 5 minutes walk where you will find restaurants, clothing shops …
The croisette and his beaches is the street just after the rue d'Antibes, only 7 mintues Walking.

All the shops are in the immediate vicinity:

-Local fresh market : 600 meters,

Cannes SNCF train station is 10 minutes walking from the apartment.
Bus stops are near to the apartment, just 100 meters.

Other things to note

One set of bed linens per bed upon arrival. If you need some extra linen during your stay, please contact the agency to get a quote for this extra service.
There is also 2 towels (a small and a large one) per person upon arrival.
Upon arrival you will get : 1 kitchen cloth, 1 bathrug, 1 toilet paper roll, 1 sponge

There is no coffee nor soap/shampoo in the apartment.

This apartment is smoke free. Parties are prohibited.

There is only one remote for the parking access so if lost, it will be taken under your deposit to remake one.
