The space

Welcome to our townhouse located on Rue de Fersen, right in the heart of the pedestrian area of Old Antibes. With its prime location on one of the most picturesque streets, you’ll be just steps away from the city walls, beaches, the Provençal market, and numerous local restaurants and shops.

The house is spread over several levels and can accommodate up to 5 guests:

Ground floor: a fully equipped kitchen (stovetop, oven, refrigerator) open to a small dining area with a table for your meals (no ac at ground floor)

1st floor: an open bedroom with a double bed (140x200 cm) with AC and a small bathroom with a shower, toilets and sink.

2nd floor: an open bedroom with two single beds (90x200 cm) (no AC) and a bathroom with shower, toilets, sink, and washing machine.

3rd floor: a cozy attic space with a sofa bed (120x200 cm) with AC.

The house has Wi-Fi and offers all the comforts for an enjoyable stay with family or friends.

Neighbourhood

You’ll be staying in one of the most authentic and lively neighborhoods of the French Riviera. Old Antibes is known for its cobbled streets, colorful Provençal market, cafes, art galleries, and traditional restaurants. Everything is within walking distance: sandy beaches, Port Vauban, the Picasso Museum, and the city walls promenade.

Your accommodation is right in the heart of Old Antibes, a true gem of the French Riviera. You can wander through its picturesque streets, explore the vibrant Provençal market, or enjoy the many nearby restaurants, cafes, and artisanal shops. The city is also rich in cultural treasures, such as the Picasso Museum located in the Château Grimaldi, and offers direct access to sandy beaches for relaxing days by the Mediterranean.

Getting around

🚆 Access and Transportation

The property is ideally located on Rue de Fersen, in the heart of Antibes, on a charming pedestrian street.

From Nice Airport (NCE): about 30 minutes by car or 45 minutes by bus (line 620 – stop Gare Routière d’Antibes).

From Antibes train station (SNCF): approximately a 10-minute walk.

Bus: several bus lines serve central Antibes and the surrounding area, with stops very close to the apartment.

🚗 Parking

⚠️ Rue de Fersen is pedestrian-only, so cars cannot access the apartment directly.

Street parking is available nearby (subject to availability).

For more convenience, you can use the Q-Park located on Rue de la Poste, just a few minutes’ walk away. Rates can be checked online depending on your dates.

Other things to note

Bed linens included: 1 set per bed, 1 bath towel per guest.

Not provided: beach towels, coffee, soap, laundry detergent, and other consumables.

Cleaning included, but please leave the house in good condition: dishes washed, trash taken out.

Upon arrival, you’ll find a dish towel, sponge, bath mat per bathroom, and a roll of toilet paper.

Check-in until 8 PM. For later arrivals, please contact us to arrange a flexible key handover (key box possible).

Check-out by 10 AM.

Not suitable for parties: the environment is calm and family-friendly.

Supermarkets and local shops are just a few steps away.

Managed by a local agency a few meters from the house: we remain available and flexible to ensure you have a pleasant stay.
